Hi, I’m Kristy Harden, a Registered Dietitian and Pilates Instructor passionate about helping people create sustainable, healthy lifestyles that feel realistic and enjoyable. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with movement to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life.
My journey into wellness began as a Ballet major at the University of Utah, where I developed a deep appreciation for movement, body awareness, and how health impacts athletic performance. I later earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and completed my dietetic internship through the American Dietetic Association.
For over 15 years, I worked in clinical nutrition, specializing in nutrition support and helping patients manage complex medical conditions. While I valued that experience, I wanted more meaningful one-on-one relationships and the opportunity to help people improve their health before serious issues developed. That passion led me to create my private practice.
Today, I help clients achieve lasting results through practical, sustainable changes. My areas of focus include weight management, athletic performance, hormone health, healthy aging, and overall wellness. As a certified Pilates and Lagree instructor, I bring a unique perspective that integrates nutrition, strength, flexibility, and movement.
As a busy mom of three teenagers, I understand the challenges of balancing health, family, work, and everyday life. My goal is to provide personalized support, education, and accountability that fit your lifestyle.
Whether we’re improving nutrition, addressing health concerns, enhancing performance, or building strength through movement, I’m here to help you nourish your body, strengthen your foundation, and create a life you truly adore.
